the thing where "A" is commander and officer of "B" is called a commander loop, and it is not possible to have that...

the way a commander loop is possible (we have heard) is:
"player A" is commander of "player B", who is the commander of "player C", and player "player C" is also "player A"s commander...

the above does not work with using only 2 players (A&B), you need at least 3 players for it to work...
