Well, it's no longer accurate, plus I have very little reason to be attacked yet.

As soon as you build an idiot proof system, somebody else builds a better idiot.

If it moves, kill it. If it doesn't move, kick it until it does move, and then kill it.

I'm still comppletely in the dark about whats going on here. Am I missing some important part of statistics here? Was his attack way too high, or is my defense way too low. Or are the super planets WAY WAY WAAAAAAAAAAAAY more powerful than normal ones?

I think it may be that they are way more powerful as you put it.

Hence they cost a stupid amount more and connot be converted back to bog standard planets.

Think about main. You wouldn't buy 5 top guns and have 5 bog standard soldiers. You would go with one, and a super (i would anyway)

In main, the supers are twice as good as normals, and I don't man every single weapon with them. In ascension, well, they're a little expensive due to my crappy turn income, so I haven't used them yet. But if they're that much more powerful, then I don't see the point of normal planets, cause 1 super and a weapon seems to PWN 5 normals with weapons.

Basically, you can't terraform them and they cost 5 planets, that's probably why people wouldn't choose them... though I must admit, they ARE worth it :)

I just bought 1. With this, I can pretty much sell the rest of my defense and still end up with 9 times the defence I had without it. Those things are not just worth it, they make the normal planets useless. Anyway, that clears up my confusion.

Well, I was just mentioning the only disadvantage (apart from price) of choosing them over the other types :P, though I agree that this disadvantage is not large enough.

I use nothing but super planets. they've put me in a very good position. And Sleipner, if your income isn't sufficing, try using those turns I'm sure you've built up. they make realm growth so much easier when put towards thievery...
political correctness is a doctrine fostered by an illogical liberal minority and rabidly promoted by an unscrupulous mass media that holds forth the proposition that it is entirely possible to pick up a turd by the clean end.

I believe gun control is being able to hit your target.
