Suspended accounts from June hacking.

Just wondering how much longer those accounts that were suspended when the first hacking incident occurred have to wait until they get them back or a least hear something.

Atleast one member of Asgard Order (Daddythacker) was effected and has not heard a thing.

I realize they may be quite a few accounts that needed to be investigate, but surely by now nearly 2 months later, those effected should have heard something?

Damn. 2 months is a long time, perhaps they just forgot about him, because it seems unlikely it would take 2 months to make a decision, send then a nice reminder

He along with our alliance leaders have send pm's to game admins and are still waiting for a definate reply. That's why I decided to post this thread in case there were other innocent ppl waiting for an answer.

He is really keen to rejoin game but doesn't want to risk buying or creating a new account less he be accused of being a multi.

thats a hell of a delay.

Eros / Sore had similar lengthy delays, admin is usually pretty good at responding to queries though. Perhaps it just takes time to investigate properly once the problem has been fixed.

What you guys need to do is, talk to him on the IRC meeting, thats what I did, we got it resolved in a few minutes. Serious problems are rarely fixed via email..

I don't mean to rain on your parade but I believe that all accounts involved in that incident were banned, not suspended.

thankyou, his account is suspended not banned. Several emails were sent to the admin addie, he simple may have been over looked.
I will suggest to Daddythacker that he get into IRC,

Well Daddythacker gave up waiting and has left the game.
As far as I know he never did hear back at all.
