If i change my APP points to Life Force, will i be able to use this option again the next time i ascend ? thanks

Aye, on every ascension - you get the APP from main, and then you convert it.
Eh, even it was a one time thing - you'd be best served by clicking it.
1K now is better than 100K a week later in ascended.

I ascended on july 15th and my attack logs were cleared but my covert was not.
