It's not so much me that I am now worried about as it is some of the medium accounts, who actually played the server but who, through a combination of less than stellar ascensions or farming, aren't up to snuff with the larger accounts but still are giving it their all. They are going to be "swallowed up" when the new updates hit and people who NEVER played ascension or have never ascended before are, with one ascension, going to be able to pass these people like they are standing still. Without some form of compensation for levels purchased already, you are just going to replace one gap with another, only the bottom and the middle are going to switch places and the gap will be somewhat closer to the top.

This is actually happening --> DMU buyers

I know because everyday one of them overtakes me in rank, and its amusing to see their stats. EG: 6bil covert and 200mil assaisin power, and 400k super defenders.

With the new prices it will take a while to see that .... but not much.

Anyway ... you can consider buying dmu a mini-ascension .... there is no one powerful enough to buy enough dmu to make it to page 1, but with a decent buy you can jump from 1000 to 100 in a few weeks.

LOL there were a few!

bought 10 tril dmu, so it got them a 800k up.

gets them in the top 100 in no time, and well they are catching up.

anyways, sunday/ monday are when the updates are suppose to be out.

Suggest the following, remove, raiding and descension for a 2 week trial period, then replace descension and mabye raiding.

Hmm.. I think I encountered a bug of some kind here now.

I used as much life force as possible to see how the life force recovery was going. I think i got about 7% of the stated recovery number.. Might be closer to 8 or 9 % but that is irrelevant.

As such I can only think that either the stated recovery amount is wrong or the formula that is supposed to use that number is wrong.

also something i noticed, dunno if its intendent or bug.
all stats have droped significantly (same ammount of weps lvls in both servers but on developer stats are much smaller than on normal) probably has something to do witht he "powerups" loosing power, but if i understood the posting till now, only repulsion and constitution, so %limited stuf lost on power, how come def, covert,strike, and assasin too when they are multiplyers?

I noticed the same thing. I believe forum modified the formulas, considering 1000 as a cap like he did with constitution and repulsion ..... I'll try to get the new formula.

update

Forum has modified the formula replacing lvl cubed with lvl squared.

Before : factor * ((1+lvl)/100)^3*[Weapon Durability]*No of planets

factor is 135 for attack and defense, 1000 for covert and 1500 for assassin. Weapon durability which in 99.9% of the cases is best one is 2560 and of course is 1 for assassin and covert score.

I think this is a good thing ... people will have to put more planets into military stats not just get extra levels. Because for example if someone had lvl 100 and tried to attack someone with lvl 250 having the same no of planets he would of been under 20% (8x compared to 42.875x) so not able to do a damn thing. Now it's 4x compared with 12.25x.

As a conclusion ..... even with a smaller level you can mass someone with a higher one ..... should make the server more animated.

the battle logic is updated/corrected to new values - normal and ascended battles.
i am starting a new thread for beta bugs, if you find any, pls report there... getting close to fully updated... slowly but surely...

is there going to be changes to make everyone else catch up faster? Like reducing the cost of DMU to LF conversion from 10mil - 1,000 to say 5 mil - 2,000?

Also, is the "daimon" thing vacation bonus of whatever you are currently? So a LG+1 would get 15% bonus? And does your race stay the same?

i was told that levels are 1/3 of prices on dev server so thats pretty cool

*lines up giant ascension*

so is there a set rate that its going to be for the APP to LF rate im still egerly waitin for that info...
