I don't see how it could hurt anything, so I won't say no, but it won't really help anything either.
So with that it would depend on how easy it would be to implement. Keep in mind that in the ranking system you see the amount of naq people have and army size, along with if they are on ppt or not.(If you have the quick buttons enabled anyway) He would have to remove that if it were to be public. So with that it also depends on how neat his coding is. If he was efficient when writing it(or editing it..), then it probably wouldn't take long.
Also it would be a way for people to tell if they were massed or not without logging on. (Nothing major, but something to consider).
