Trader 1 and Trader 2 are the people that initiated the trade.... they are giving Spacey naq in exchange for HIS ATs.

See, thing is, you could accept either broker, and they system can not tell which one it is you will accept (you may have a bias against/for an alliance for example)

Since their offering you 2.5T Naq, for 5k of your turns, you can accept one, but trying to accept the other will not work

But all you need to do is look at the screen shot and see for yourself.

To reiterate some other people's responces, there is no bug here.

Reasons:
1)He is SELLING AT's there fore not going over the the maximum limit.

2)When you recieve a broker request, the goods that are requested are still in the possession of the person recieving the broker untill it is accepted.

When spacey was brokered (both times) he had the 5k turns.

No bug.
