for everyone that just started, unfortunately you do start at a disadvantage. thats just the way it is. Its like starting with a new account in main, you don't have the bank increases that we have just to state one of the advantages. The way this wave is looking though, no one is having the advantage if no can defend against anti-matter. So don't get your panties in a wad.

Why do people always whine about starting stats and farm fest? It makes ABSOLUTELY NO DIFFERENCE. The first wave I played I finished 11th or some such and I started half way through the wave.

sure that IS the point...if it doesn't make a difference then why have one?

I couldn't really care less about starting with less then everyone...i just can't see WHY I have to.

Well mate, those of us that are a bit more experienced know that it's a waste of resources at the very beginning, when you're still on PPT, to upgrade your UP to top thus most of us, more experienced players, are still growing at the same rate as you are thus your only disadvantage is a couple hundred units less which maybe give us like 20mil more naq at the end of PPT? That is less than 1/2 of what an average farm-fest hit will be at.
Also those of us that have accounts from previous eras have more units than you because during the era reset accounts start growing even though you cannot log in. Era reset took almost 2 days this time, I believe, so now you do the maths :)

that's more to do with the fact that people who put that extra effort in, to be at every farm fest, are more likely to put the same effort into the rest of the game.
I farmed the most last farm fest.. But had no free time in the middle of the wave.. So my effort dropped, and I had no chance of winning. Farm fest does not enable you to won.. Effort does. Farm fest is just a good way of measuring who's willing to put that effort in.
But sometimes you can't make farmfest.. But still put the effort in for the rest of the era.. In which case you will do well.

I thought you would understand that jabu, seems like you still have a lot to learn

I couldn't agree more S1eepy, I did quite well from the farm fest the era before last, but I was in the same situation, my effort's through the rest of the era waned and my account reflected that at the end.

No one should be disheartened if they miss out on the farmfest, everyone that benefits from it will only make the UP cheaper for everyone else… that is if they decide to spend it, with the massive bank sizes (and even bigger banks for the SS’suses) I think there might be a few of us putting away for a 999 straight away…
