Ah, Henry...he has been among best forwards in the world. I wished he still played in national team. Such a great loss when he was put on bench for WC (replaced by this tool called Anelka) and then retired.

However he does rather good in NY Reb Bulls from what I heard.

For a Liverpool fan I think I may have been biased in my decisions, of course their are other players that should make the list that aren't there.
Luis Suarez I wanted to put in but thought the Liverpool would shine out and Rooney has a longer rap sheet I guess.
Ashley Young or Luis Nani are good substitutes for the left wing and then so is Stewart Downing.
In goal I think Itumaleng Khune is a great keeper he just needs a shot in Europe to really compare to the big guys.
The defence is seeming old and slow, have to wait for the next generation to come through, Leighton Baines would also be a great option.
Fernando Torres is coming back and this does seem a team built around one player which would suit him.
Stevie G suited on the right hand side where he can make his commanding runs like he always used to.
Frank the Tank Lampard could also command the midfield but I feel Nasri has the pace to take it over him.
There was another striker I had in mind but can't remember who...
Wind back a few years and you could put Thierry Henry up front there as well
