This is a joke right? Servers being split = death of game. Ascension is actually a pure server for the most part.. hard work and skill is required unlike main. Just because folks can't handle being whipped.. means they should farm and not demand the servers split.

Also it doesn't matter what your stats are you can have all 0's and only have to log in once every 9 hours for less then 1 minute (every 12 hours, if you know how to play). So you have the choice to...
A. Deal with the linking of two servers, play both.
B. Deal with the linking of two servers, log in to check on de-ascended attacks, refill, ect.
C. De-ascend yourself, and only play main.
D. Deal with the linking of two servers and not care if you get de-ascended.
E. Deal with the linking and vacation ascended, play main.

The problem of course being that having a highly ascended account makes such a big difference now a days that playing with your ascended on vac loses you too much. Double losses as a Daimon also too expensive with the size stats are getting in main (Effectively ascended blessing against you causes you 4x the loss, any defended attack may as well be AB).

A and B are the only realistic options in the modern state of the game, there are a group of undescendable accounts from a combination of activity and hard work but with admin doubling ToC whenever someone complains descending is too hard without any real though put into revamping ascended server it is killing it.

Personally I enjoyed playing ascended server but it's become so pointless if your opponent is anywhere near active and has levels that were previously overkill for undescendable accounts

I wish I could switch my vote to the second one thats what I wanted to hit hehehehe

I haven't worked that hard, but I love the "edge" ascended gives people I can descend anyone really as long as they aren't paying attention, and trust me there are people who don't pay attention to there ascended it's a great addition to the game and adds a twist thats fun and needed because it's a big twist I think your crazy to want to get rid of one of the twists in the game

I would be for splitting the servers, to many people that reply only thinking about themselves.

Fact is, most people go on PPT in main for 4 days to get away from the game, as the game is currently set up YOU HAVE NO CHOICE but to LOG into the ascended server or face the fact you can be descended, sure i can go on vac mode in ascended but then im being punished, id be better quitting the game full stop, and making it 1 less permanent player.

Like i stated, admin is stuck, if he reduces the time for being descended, if you have a job that does not allow you log in for xx hours well your screwed, i find that most of those who are shouting NO WAY should they be, have a job where they can log into the game at any time of day,

IF the servers where TRULY LINKED like so many are claiming, VAC mode in 1, is automatic VAC mode in the other, why should someone beable to vac mode MAIN and still play ascended, you get the idea, if you PPT in main, you should be PPT in ascended, allowing people go say go away for there weekends etc, without thinking about the game.

You wonder why activity in the game is slowing, i would say there are 10x more inactives on ascended than there are in main, that should tell you something right there.

I support the servers being split, and have done for a long time, and im someone who is actually active in ascended.

Very against the idea of splitting.

It's been the way it has for many years. Playing ascended is simply one of the costs of ascending,and should stay that way.

i feal this would be the way forward. splitting them is a teribal idea because they are ment to be linked, as far as i know ascended is ment to be you as an ascended being and main is your worshiper, there linked and thats that but the ppt thing should be written in i think

I have never had any interest in playing Ascended and would love to see it removed

Main - The game we signed up to play

Ascended - The game we are forced to log into



As per other comments if the servers were linked properly, Vacation and PPT would effect both.

People dont ascend to play ascended, they ascend to get the bonuses in main. Not ascending in main would make your main account so uncompetitive that playing main wouldn't be worthwhile.

As for StarGate links, in the TV show you cant be an ascended and physical being at the same time, not that it matters since very little in game resembles the TV show anymore.

As I said last week, why don't we stop trying to change everything we personally don't like and instead play the game that's here to play.

God it's like every day something new is unfair or a problem for someone.

This is just a game, not something so important that we should get so outraged when things aren't perfectly tailored for us. Stop complaining about it. Just play it.

Things that dont change stagnate, become irrelevant & fade away into history.

dont like ascended. Never played it much. I dont like that my ascended account can affect my normal one.

I play it and worked hard on it when doing my ascending runs to unknown level. Otherwise I would left the game, plain and simple. Waiting to gain 1k G&R points and ascending with min cost was hard to do. I finished my last level last month and a bit to unknown.

I'm proud of my ascend account, its something different to the war table i bring.

Do we all want to be like sheep and have the best covert on main in fighting wars???

The game just wouldn't be the same without the ascended server. My ascended account isn't big and I admit that I am occasionally annoyed by taking care of my ascended account. But imho the "I'm never really safe even when I'm on PPT on main" part of the game is important and keeps it interesting.

I can appreciate that people perhaps don't want to play ascension and GC raises some good points - vacation should be linked, and descending someone should take a reasonable amount of time (12 hours would be nice), and yes it is frustrating to go on PPT in main and still have to log into ascension (not sure how to fix that one) - ascension is meant to be linked to main.
