I have watched all the episodes so far and i still find it cheesy and dumb for watching it as soon as the kid
sneezed i knew that would be the answer to the problem of the week
it felt like a bad episode of Euerka as they tend to do that in every episode..
I would like them to just do the big story arch like they did in Battlestar (except season 3) instead of the problem of the week and then a little tease at the end...if they did that it might get good....but for now i would much rather Fox brings back 24 then all will be well with the World :-D

Big story arcs? It was trying to do that which killed sgu off as no one had the patience or belief they could pull it off....but the second half of season 2 was awesome.

As for Terra Nova - I've watched the first three episodes....would have to say not bad, but not brilliant. A cross between Dinotopia, Primeval and Outcasts - which for saying the kind of budget they had to play with is a fail in itself, but its still mildly watchable....

Watched the 4th episode. Well we've got more filler, more development with the University friend. Overall it was an alright episode with a little plot advancement at the end but it's still a little absurd (son of a low enforcer being trusted by a smuggler/'bad guy') yet it's watchable. It'l probably get a second season but like SGU I don't think it'l go much further then that.

I love this show, it reminds me a lot of Dinotopia which was amazing. I hope it goes on for ever and ever!

THE PLOT THICKENS.

I'm taking bets. What's in the box?

My bet is something to do with Taylor's son.

well can the humans of today live in an environment 65 million years ago?

65.5 m years ago earth was stroke by a huge asteroid that exterminated the life
Cretaceous–Tertiary extinction event follow wikipedia for more http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cretaceous ... tion_event

also the atmosphere was more dense million of years ago , making possible to those heavy birds to fly. it is proven that in our today atmosphere those heavy birds could not fly.
I wonder could the modern man live in that dense atmosphere where everything was growing big???

some times ago i watched a documentary about giant human race and some scientists did an experiment growing some fish in an environment like mil years ago with dense oxygen end stuff like that and the result was that the little fish was growing big :) . the theory is that animals and nature was very different due to a different climate.

After this episode, I think I'm starting to enjoy the show more. The addition to the Dinosaurs in the episode was the standing point for me, plus the action. A bit stupid to say that as the main reason, but sadly it is. The show is too similar to other shows like this, unless they use the story line more and the Dinosaurs more.

we're wondering a bit what happened the the infant dinosaur from previously...

The fact that they finally brought in one of the larger predatory species, is a positive thing, though there are always things that could improve...

Indeed they just forgot about the infent dino..

the recent episode was interesting.. it shows Taylor as a good guy, I was thinking that he may actually be the bad guy with a hidden adgenda..
by revealing pretty much the entire plot, I think they just limited their chances of making a longterm series very well.. Ive a feeling it might not even make it to season 2

It's not getting a second season. Already confirmed as far as I know.
