but what about people who buy an entire account. Not by means of buying their stuff, but buying the account name password and asmuming that account.

its not forbidden to sell your account aslong as you dont have 2 accounts.

You can run into problems if the person had cheated on their account and then offloaded it to someone. I figure it's just better to start up with you own account.
At the same time, the Admin aren't stupid, and you can talk and explain the situation, as it appears was done in this case.
