there should be somthing changed about attacks to make them more attractive

heres my 2 cents, have only one ability set at once or limit it to 70% of tbn using current realm allert decreases. ie, if ca def at 50% sa def only 20% what ever that works out to. the naq increase decreases the tbn from troops adding to the 70% limit while increasing tbn
