This idea would never work. If players complain about a planet power gap now, wait till they introduce this!

I don't see this as a huge problem, since there is still the 4K limit. If they are over that, the planet is useless

well, theres the market and the black market where you can sell your ATs for MUCH naq or UU...but not with this idea, market prices will be completely different..

Planet Stealing Multis that hide behind other acounts.
Then it will be stuck with one person for a long time.

That is only a little better than this AT planet idea.
Once again, no. As many have said, even with limits, this will send the current game flow through a corkscrew.
Think:
If each planet even had a max of 1 extra, that is 13 per turn for those who have the ability to hold ten AT planets. 13x48=624 turns per day. That is a lot.
