The person's rank is less important. You are limited to raiding 10x your rank, so if you're currently 3000 you could raid out to rank 30,000. There are often good raid targets in the 40-50K range but you would need to lower your rank to reach them. You can certainly raid targets from 1-3000 but you're risking hitting a more powerful player in the process and some have nasty tempers. ;)

how do you find someone that would be good for raiding? do you just have to spy until you find someone? or is there something to look for on the list, like army size or naq?

Army sizes that are really small won't have high up's or miner counts. The best way is just to spy 50 people every day and only keep the good ones.

now that was spam, dont spam up with useless posts, storks (a long tall legged bird) have nothing to do with the topic at hand
