Tok'ra don't even exist as a race ingame as goaulds or tauri. So as I'm PRETTY sure admin said already he will not add races, I could say 0% bonus on all tokra stats or 35% coverts 30% defense 15% attack it will not matter as I know admin will not add tokra, jaffas, sodans or any idea like that.
I could modify stats and make them balanced, but that will matter little considering admin doesn't want new races, he said it already I think.

SGW may not have SGW-esque RP in it, but it certainly contains alot of roleplaying, just look at whats has happened in the game recenly, HUGE war, both sides gaining support, is this not a role-playing element, the very fact that we are even organised into alliances can be considered as 'role-playing' can it not?
As for making the races different by option of bonuses, I really don't think that would make any differences, except push people away from the race that they like being (part of this is due to role playing), I am an ancient as the asgard's and ancient were my favorite race from the stargate series, the bonuses you proposed suck for ancients and having to go back to have an uneven strike/defense would probably make me switch to a more balanced race just for the sake of my account whereas i'd prefer to be seen as an Ancient.
I'm all for listening to new idea's but this would change the game alot and most likely spoil it, I prefer additions to gameplay rather than tinkering with with the core elements that keep this game what it is.

If we put race stats bigger that would make huge difference between ascended and unascended.

Ancients unbalanced here? Normal. Tauri/tollan meant to have good strike and Asgards Ancients to have good def. That has been always like that!
I could balance them, but that will end eventually as crappy current system we in...so...not balance them too much!
