I'd like to see Man Utd get Eto'o, they would suit his speed. Don't know about Liverpool and Chelsea, there styles of play are a little more direct, possibly making Eto'o unable to use his speed.

I agree with that. Eto'o seems to be forgotten when it comes to strikers. If he goes there that'll means that would be the second Barca player United would get in 2 seasons!

Larsson! Well, he was back in Sweden (or wherever he's from) but he'll always be a Barca player to me :)
He's the reason why Barca won the Champions League.

E'to wouldn't fit in at Utd. He has a serious attitude problem and I could never see Ferguson allowing a disruptive influence to upset the balance of the team. Just look at the way he got rid of Van Nistelroy and Keane when they caused problems. The best striker in the premiership and the backbone of the club, both sacrificed for the sake of team spirit.

And Arsenal are going to struggle now Henry has gone. They are a team in transition. Lots of exciting youngsters but too few experienced heads.

I wouldn't be too sure about that. I recall Arsenal playing some of their most productive football in ages whilst Henry was out of action for a good chunk of the season. Gilberto & Co. stepped up quite nicely.

but the psychological blow of losing such a legend in the team will be enough to hurt their chances. they gotta compose themselves now for the beginin of the season or risk lossin out on that place.

my top 4 for next season

1. United
2. Chelsea
3. Liverpool
4. Tottenham

tottenham have to hold onto berbatov... thats not gonna be easy, its a long summer...

i woulnt mind henry but having wenger look like hes leaving at the end of the season hanging over them all season long will absolutely not work. he has to either say hes staying or go, itll mess their season up completely.

liverpool will do well to get into the top four if they dont manage to buy a striker.

Blackburn have signed Roque Santa Cruz! I think Hughes needs just one more central midfield player to eventually replace the glorious but ageing Tugay and we'll have a squad well capable of matching any over hyped Spurs sides' exploits in the league. You Spuds should learn a thing or two about investing in quality without spending ridiculous amounts of money.

So so much for Rovers' being a small side with no attraction. The signing of Santa Cruz, and of course keeping hold of Benni might have suggested otherwise.
