so if i can repair my MS and keep attacking him i would eventually be able to destroy their MS if i had the NAQ to repair sounds good for the defender but if i was at risk of losing something i spent untold trillions of naq on i wouldnt use it unless there were multiple MSs and i could chose which one to send

exactly, so no one will use it stupidly... also, there's potential, where you can send your MS to an allies world to defend. but i don't think regular MT's should be effected as each player should have the opportunity to gain income, to repair their damaged MS.
