though yes the votes can be stacked, an alliance/empire could vote to get someone from the enemy side removed. And a certain Ombusperson would have been permabanned if forum users of the day had had such powers/rights.

Every suggestion you make about the management of this forum comes from the exact same angle every single time, and that angle is to change the people that work on this forum. You have no agenda to make this a better place, you're one and only agenda is to get rid of people you disagree with being on the staff.

And also, very typical of you Tetris, in your thread you created you completely ignore questions that are posed to you, which have been repeated in several posts. You create an idea, post about it, then complain when you don't like the fact that people aren't supporting your idea and ignore any questions posed to you that may not help your cause. It's pathetic, and maybe you should realise that the way you try and put these ideas out there is completely wrong.

I also believe names should be named. Typically, the only reason a person would not name names is when they are afraid of offending someone. But by not stating who you are talking about you have slung all of the staff through the mud with your accusation. Most will laugh at you instead of being offended by the statement, simply for the ridiculousness of it, but others will take offense to the idea they brown-nose to the Admins.

The only thing I have ever worried about as a staff member was doing my job right. Which had a few ups and downs for a little while.

The mods are rule enforcers, not the fairy godmothers of the users. They are here to make sure users follow the rules of the forum, which is why they always reiterate to those applying for Mod positions it is a thankless job and you get called a lot of names for doing it.

If a Mod or Mods have stepped out of line, they should be called on it and reported to their GM or Admin. Believe it or not, but they would be reprimanded. The difference is they only throw someone off the team if they really screw up.

I've seen people call for a Mod to be removed simply because of one bad warning and that is an exaggerated overreaction by the users, in my opinion. If the forum users were allowed to sign a petition to revoke a Mod's position, it is very likely the power would be abused soon after its instatement.

Who said I'm here to make the forum a better place for the users? I'm here to uphold the rules and keep the place tidy. Your problem is that you are so ignorant that you think it is the Mods that should be making the forum a better place for the users, but hey, the users should work just as hard to make it a better place. Don't cry at us if the users are failing to make it a better place. If you were trying to make it a better place you'd not continue to break forum rules.

I don't look down on users. But if I show you little respect it's because i give what I expect back, and when it's people like you I expect little.

We've both done things in the past where we abused our powers to attack another user, but I never did it to you yet you have a problem with me, but you attacked me and I don't care anymore. fraid not, the only person id see go is clarkey tbh, it is mostly because of how he acts towards the users, always consistanly belittleing them.

and ive been warned the most by haz, and think he does a great job, so its not from being warned by people, its the people themselves
