One thing i've noticed is that ascended players tauri players i.e. tollan still have tauri weapons on the mothership, (nuclear volley). Woul'dnt the weapons and shields be more advanced and powerful, or at least have a cool techie name like plasma volley.

I am satisfied just with stronger non-mothership tollan weapons.
But it will be nice to have stronger motehrship weap. Less naq spent on weapons capacity

Yea, plasma volley sounds cool. I'm for the Ascended to have a stronger mothership. Makes sence.

but i do see afew problems at the beginning theya re worth it but when the capasity costs alot it becomes cheaper to get weapons for troops also when someone attacks you and they dont have a mothership your mothership does squat in defence all it does is defend from other motherships its only usful in attack i hope forum fixes it

yay! i got my shiny new mother ship today and im happy
thanks to the new market i didnt have to sell a single weapon, and i was on ppt cause i bought SS so i didnt have to worry about being attacked!!
i agree tho that for the same money you could get ALOT more weapons and SA but the mothership was just way to cool to pass up. and yes, they should be able to defend against anything not only other motherships.
but they do help your rank.

i just got my mothership today
i think it's a bit odd how the attack power of the mothership doesn't add to the overall strike action?
btw, i got my mothership by stockpiling turns then attacking people with substantial amounts of naquadah
i agree, motherships are very expensive but if it was cheaper it would be too easy to get and everyone would have one

I came back after liek a months non-playing, used the market system to sell of some o0f my like 8000 turns to get the full market. The Traded even more turns in for 325 million Naq, then repeated.
Still have like 2000 turns left.

Nice...and to get a mothership, most people will sell alot of weapons. If you have bank capacity of almost 100mill, you just have to sell 360mill or so of attack weapons. Buying attack weapons is cheaper than buying def weps with the same selling price. So to get 360 mill, you would need to sell just under 2700 top weapons. It might seem like alot, but you can probably get that many weapons in a couple weeks, I would say three with the current amount of naq out there.
