i started building the imperial capital in in south dakota .... ya know the center of the empire....nevermind that now....*halts construction..*

i will consolodate into jacks empire on two conditions... appy gets full control of Wisconsin and empedocles gets full control of Minnesota.

the other condition is that i get control of the armys and territories of illinois, indiana, ohio, michigan, the northern half of kentucky(excluding Ft.Knox)

As long as Ft. Campbell and it's forces are under my control, those are acceptable terms.

Canada has one day to surrender and become a province of the USA before military action will be taken. There is no need for bloodshed when such an obviously beneficial peace can be achieved.

You mean when the Canadian Army takes over England for us? Certainly.

You may deploy your forces on the Canadian border to prevent an invasion. Aggression on part of the USA is only to be conducted if Canada does not realize what it truely wishes to do, which is join the USA.

Phoenix of Terra, the Republic of North Carolina will not join the Texas-led America unless the people wants to. And I will not force my fellow North Carolinians to do something they do not wish to do. If a large group of North Carolinians wishes to join, a popular vote will be held so everyone will have a say. And whatever the choice, we'll follow it. But until then, do not threaten the Republic of North Carolina.

As for your threat of raiding our nukes, I should remind you that they are carried by SSBNs, you would have to first track them down one by one in a extremely large area of water, make them stop and surface against their will, and then make sure that they can't fire their SLBMs. The odds are so great that you would have a better chance to turn lead into gold by touching it than successfully capturing the SSBNs. If any attempts are made to steal our defense against aggression, the missiles will launch.


However, to prevent a nasty war for both sides, I propose an alliance between the Republic of North Carolina and the United States of America. If any nation invades the USA, then the RNC will provided military assitance and vice versa. But both nations will maintain soveriegnty.
