It's very apparent that the "Canadian" invasion is a ploy of thaltek's design to give the ASA a reason to take over Canada. Canada has long been New England's friend to the north and that friendship would not be broken by a little British pressure.

Due to rumors of a plot and a threat on President Jack's Life, I will be taking over as Secret Service Director. The Republic of North Carolina no longer recognizes West Virginia as a soverneign nation, but as a Terrorist State.
