The North Carolina Grunder Industries presents the next generation of naval fighter design, the ADF-01N Sea Falken & the XF-70 Panther II.

ADF-01N Sea Falken
Image
An Air Defense Fighter, the ADF-01N is designed for optimum manuverablity to out dogfight any fighter out the drawing boards today & in the future. Its BVR capablities has not been over-looked ether, the Sea Falken also carries in a internal compartment a Tactical Laser System(TLS). It was carried over to the Sea Falken from its land-based prototype, the ADF-01F Falken.

Here is an computer generated image of the TLS firing from the prototype Falken.
Image
Other than the TLS, the ADF-01N's weapons are the same as those used on current generation fighters, such as the AMRAAM, JDAM, & AIM-9X.

The ADF-01N Sea Falken is capable of being launched from all US carriers.

XF-70 Panther II
Image
Working at the other end of air combat, the XF-70 Panther II is a hypersonic interceptor. Based on the technology from the Boeing X-43 unmanned experimental hypersonic aircraft, the XF-70 is the fastest manned air-breathing aircraft in the world. Capable of speeds up to Mach 7, the Panther II uses specially designed weapons built into special pods that fit in the top of the aircraft. One of the special weapons it uses is a specially designed TLS that goes inbetween the tails; another special weapon it uses is a pair of mini-railguns fitted next to the cockpit, it is called the Electro-Magnetic Launcher(EML). The final special weapon is called the ADMM, All Direction Multi-purpose Missile. The ADMM is a bank of micro-missiles about the size of 2-liter drink bottles which has a range of about 1 mile. The reason for the lack of range on this weapon is that fact it would be used as the Panther flew through an enemy formation. When the XF-70 flew through, the bank of micro-missiles would open up and eject the missiles with explosive charges. Then the seeker in the head of the missiles would activate and quickly lock-on to an enemy plane. At the same time, the missiles would open a datalink with each other and the XF-70 to coordinate with each other and not lock-on to the same plane if there's more enemy planes available to lock-on to in the area.

Unlike the ADF-01N, the XF-70 can only be deployed on the Ford-class Supercarrier & the America-Class Megacarrier.

thal's F302's engage the enemy surface fleet, in the madness a British submarine comes out from its acoustic silence and starts retreating from the area at an advanced pace, the HMAS Dechaineux engages, British submarine is disabled, the australian research mini submarine is deployed to rescue crew and detain them as POW's.

HMAS Dechaineux returns to patrol pattern while HMAS Waller is refuelled, Waller takes over from Dechaineux, Dechaineux returns to the ASC site in Osborne South Australia to re arm and refuel, then after 10 hours it returns to patrol of Australian waters.
and DLR, where you get that stuff on the falken? AC fan here, that pwns!
OOC: @ Thal: It's not meant for space fighting and I showed them to Jack earlier and he said they were a go.
@ .:SOULLESS:.: A forum called Wolf's Shipyards, contact me through my private line to talking more. (MSN: DemonLordRazgriz@Gmail.com)

IC: ADF-01Ns & F/A-18Cs launch from US carriers to strike at the remaining British fleet heading towards New York City while the Destroyers fire their Harpoon Anti-ship missilesat the British fleet.

Navalized Typhoons launch from the last, heavily damaged British carrier, but are shot down shortly after takeoff due to TLS fire from the ADF-01N.

The Harpoons sinks the rest of the British fleet while the fighters shoot down the British planes trying to do a kamikaze run on New York.

The US & Canadian Navy wins the Battle of New York!
