people should always be careful when trying to play the multi card as if they actually had proof the player wouldn't be here to argue

Why be careful? What is actial proof? People can know things to be certain without having the proof according to the system.

my point being if there was sufficient evidence then the player in question would have been banned.

I defer to my previousost on the matter..fire burns, water is wet, the wind blows..do you need a committee or specific laws or guidelines for a person to know that?

I don't know what you are.... but you post on the forum a lot so attention seeker seemed appropriate. JT seems to think you;re a multi, I don't have any clue...I just want to see less talk and more action. Guess we have to wait for CC.
