On no account i condone consuming poison.
It is beneficial, to an extent. However, we get enough in normal diet and general tooth hygiene practices.
Water Fluoridation is a waste of money.

nah.. teeth.. dentists... i wouldn't trust a dentist. they'r totally weird bunch. they don't know what they want.
i went to a dentist once and he tells me i should brush my tooth regularly. i say i do, i brush it regularly every first monday of each month at 25 past 7pm. still, it wasn't regularly enough for him. i don't know.. should i pay attention to the seconds as well or what????

Your problem is you do not have a regular brushing action as you brush.
