So whats happening? From what I got, Io offered to end the war and KILL THEE should return his planets. On top of that, Al Mualim (whoever he is) is claiming KILL THEE is all sorts (I didn't read much of that...)

Well as Io's CO, I'm gonna admit that this war was far from a draw. Congrats to KILL THEE for his spirited efforts

I'll go see what Io's plans are...

respect isnt an issue here. this wasnt one of those dandy "for fun" wars. The fact is that IO made claims that he would destroy Kill Thee as well and then quit rebuilding (and yes that was before he lost his apparent ability to connect) so naturally kill did the only damage available to him at the time.

Im his former co and ally to his alliance as he told me his computer is not working and only has his relitives computer to go on for about 5 minutes thats why he hasnt been building or hitting him.

Your right, size doesn't matter does it? Thats why when HW was at war with BWB(Bad Wolf Brethren for those who do not know) I had under a 2 mill army and massed down 90% of their members in the first hour before they had time to react.

My army size, no matter what it is, is no boundary for me. Imagine what I could do now that I have over 100 mill?

As much as you want to claim it doesn't, but RL plays a huge role in this game. It alows us to make massive naq hits, it is an excuse for most, can can hamper wars, or even encourage them.

Maybe Io should have thought about his RL problems before he decided to take on somebody so "small" and "helpless". I do think that its the other way around now, as KILL THEE now has a higher army size and seems to have grown drastically sense this war began.

Maybe your sense of respect is warped, because I respect KILL THEE for beating the odds and coming on top for this.

Where to start....
Sorry if this is a little disjointed and I know it is going to be long (SORRY)

Lets have a bit of a flash back (sorry to bore you guys but after accusations are being made along with threats I think its important). When this first started and Io was supposedly having a 1vs1 war with me and he started to lose, suddenly every other tom, **Filtered** n harry got involved and I got massed. I fought back against some of his alliance members and started to beat them and then more people got involved who weren't even in his alliance. Was this fair or honourable? Seems like attempts are being made to take 1vs1 war down the same path.

After massing me they decided to take units, planets and then mass me some more. Now I am being told I should've not taken planets and I should pay naq, what about them? Should they pay me trilliiiiiiiiiiiions for the various damage they done to my account, which includes taking planets, suicide attack, massing my mothership and taking units etc?????? I haven't completely damaged his account and have just said look, you can have an unconditional surrender, haven't even asked for naq, units etc.

So claim(s) that I am unreasonable, yeah reasonable as the person/people stating this see it probably would be demanding stuff for what was done to me if it had been done to them but nope I have said on you go, you can have an unconditional surrender. I have kept this as a 1vs1 war, it's not my fault your ex-officer/ally was arrogant in thinking I would lay down for him and as he claimed "beg for mercy". You can claim all you want that he has done nothing wrong but I know and believe otherwise.

Also the damage I done was done roughly over 2 weeks or so ago. I think even Hoochvitte can back me up on this? It is unfair to try and claim that I have only got his account beaten then. He had a choice to fight back after I starte to win but he didn't, after he was massed he seems to have given up, well actually very recently (dec 28) he sabbed me, which I know wouldve taken a good amount of time, he could easily have used this time to build whatever defence he wanted and the planets I have been asked to give back, they had a reasonably good/good defences on them so they weren't taken due to him not getting access to his PC, those same planets have had same defence on them thoughout this war. Is it still unfair I took those planets? I respect the view of some individuals, well most people and if those people feel it is, then I will return them, albeit I think it's fair I be refunded for building the same defences in order to safeguard them, as Io had defences too which I had to use resources to make sure were taken down, or is that unfair? sorry for the questions, have to try and keep myself right too


Oh I would just like to add that while keeping tabs on his account I was able to see him spend/bank naq (over 1.5 trill at one point), build a small defence and very recently as stated he has sab'd me. He might have been given more time by his relative, who knows. Anyway, to say I am someone who doesn't give some time etc is completely baseless, before Xmas I messaged Io and wished him xmas and happy new year, he kindly returned the gesture. He asked for a truce, I even offered a truce for a few days but he wanted several days so nothing was made but I still never attacked him on xmas eve or xmas as in the post I asked the guys what would be fair and Hoochvitte said to leave him over that period but there would probably be free PPT, so I obliged, don't know if he was on PPT or no. I do listen to some people you know

Io and his allys etc can make what excuses they want but I have kept this 1vs1 even when I was getting massed, I fought on my own and have slowly rebuilt myself. I can see some people are trying to distort things and make this a 1vs several people again. If you are trying to make me quit with your threats, Ihat isn't going to happen. I have done nothing wrong, I have only fought back against a bigger player who claimed he was going to make me "beg for mercy".

About the planets, I believe this was a full on war so what you wanna do with them is your choice, I'll be staying out of this either way

Io may or may not be having PC problems, I dont know. But its a war, the only terms were 1v1, no interference so pretty much anything goes.

Both participants have so far kept to those terms so I reject Al Mualim's claim that KILL THEE is being dishonourable.

Lets just let the two participants deal with this themselves. If you both want me and mcrandom there for a 4 person negotiation, PM me, we'll arrange an MSN meeting

First I am going to apologize if this seems a bit long but I'll break it up for clarity.

Alright. Let me make this clear. My PC has been down since before Christmas. I have only had minimal opportunities to get on for about a minute to read and reply to messages.

Before Christmas, Kill Thee and I made an agreement for a cease fire because of the holidays, but instead he lied and continued to assault me after I explained my issue.

As for the accused sabbing. That is nothing but a bold-face lie. I have done no such thing.

Oh, and Kill Thee does not understand what he asked for in an unconditional surrender. The idea of that is madness. Because unconditional surrender doesn't mean you surrender and that is it. It means that you surrender fully and therefore are dealt with however the victor wants. It seems people do not know these things anymore. V.V

After the dishonorable actions of Kill Thee recently, and violating a cease fire. I shall no longer deal directly with him. Instead, consider this a formal request to both officers to get us all together and negotiate peace. Let me make this clear. I will NOT surrender, for surrendering acknowledges that one is beaten, and if my troops die, my spirit does not waver. So, surrender is absurd. If we can negotiate peaceful solutions, I am open to the idea.

Oh, and I am calling off the idea of one vs one. Because such terms are too far above Kill Thee, if he can't understand a treaty of temporary cease fire for the holidays, how can he understand one vs. one. He has no honor, so why should I honor agreements when he shall not. HOWEVER, if anyone can provide an ample reason why I should not make this call, I shall formally apologize for making it, and I shall take it back. But other than that, I have had it. If you would like to begin negotiations. We can call a cease fire for the talks and work it out in a civilized manner.

In the attack log the date I attacked you was 28 December, which was well after the NON NEGOTIATED cease fire between us, only because I respected what McRandom and Hoochvitte said.

All I am saying is, before he said 1vs1 war he never stuck to it, then he said he never seeked help (which he later pretty much admitted he did), he also said something else which turned out to be a lie, how am I supposed to believe him and even if I did you are still missing the point about there not being a cease fire. I stuck too it until you brought down an alliance war. You sent messages to my members telling them to leave my alliance, and it was implied that they should join yours. That was the last time. That constitutes and alliance war. That is all I will say about the past.

As for my previous post, disregard the part about canceling the one vs one. I am back and forth on that one, so I will remain on 1 vs 1 but I do want there to be some kind of talks. I will apologize for my momentary lapse in judgment on that one.

As for the PC. It is both. My wireless is crap and I had fourteen corrupted windows main system files, and somehow, the windows installation was half on one drive half on another. I really don't get it. It is still faulty, but usable enough.

As for you Kill Thee, I doubt your population really rose that fast without help. Perhaps you did. I doubt it. I am NOT saying you did or didn't but that it is unlikely. Regardless. You'll find I can rebuild any time I want. As it stands we can sit here on an endless war or we can negotiate peace. Obviously neither side will surrender.

Oh, and if the idea of surrender is so fair. Why did you reject the same thing when I offered it to you when I was winning back when. Simple. Surrender is not an easy concept to accept.
