unable to accept members into alliance

i have sent out numerous amounts of invites to other members to join my alliance with some trying to join but with failure my inbox gets full of ppl accepting to join but i am the only one still showing up in the alliance.

can an admin check this out for a possible bug?

i read back through some of the forums and found that i was not the only one with this problem i tried some of the things that some others suggested to other ppl but still they don't work i have ppl wanting to join but cannot because of this bug if indeed it is a bug once again can an admin check it out plz.

(i have changed my name here but not ingame still warlord_kimahri of assassins creed)

i know i'm being i pain but it is really starting to annoy me and the people that i have invited to join can someone look into please.

now i have a member requesteing acceptance i click the accept buttonand i get this returned to me

try removing the apostrophe from the alliance name... i have a suspicion
