Annoying FF msvcrt.dll error, help if you can plz!

Well I came back to home today (been away for 2 weeks) and when going to login in FF I got this error:

AppName:firefox.exe
ModVer:7.0.2600.2180
Appver:1.8.20071.12718
ModName:msvcrt.dll
Offset:0037124

I know about flash thing, deleted all macromed flash stuff from everywhere, any ocx file and such disappeared completly.
As for putting a v6 of this dll file in no fail mode of win xp, it doesnt let me delete wrong version of dll, so basically I can't login PROPERLY with FF and always get this annoying error msg.
Also tried to delete profile and create new one, didn't work either.

Anyone has an idea what to do?
From what I've seen it's a VERY COMMON error (also for thunderbird, IE, outlook...)

seen it already (link), it's a normal xp msg reporting of error and telling prog had to close ect...and it appears (^^my post) on details of error.

I'm so tired of this crap been on it for 3 hours now gonna sleep now im wasted totally by this crap :@@

or go into safe mode and delete it? And them get it from somewhere else?

Tried safe mode and it failed to delete (used by other program it said)...well I can still use FF I just move annoying msg in right bottom of my screen lmao

No, apop... not uninstall windows. I was talking about FF... upon reflection what I said probably won't work.

No, apop... not uninstall windows. I was talking about FF... upon reflection what I said probably won't work.

I was thinking that because to be honest I installed/reinstalled it over FOUR TIMES in same day!

Download Firefox again (it will install over your current installation, it may ask if you wish to repair, if so click repair, if not click continue) Hopefully this in itself will install the missing file. Dont worry, it wont affect your History or your Favourites or anything.

The problem with those it's that I'm NOT on win98/mill/2000

I'm XP with FF v2 problem...and I DOUBT Microsoft cares bout FF errors...just IE errors imho.
