Normally the winner states a forfeit, such as an alliance disbanding or a tribute of 1UU for a surrender, nothing static, what-ever the winners choose.

War is good for your alliance, as long as you win it, OR not let it become a war of attrition, like all wars become these days.

Except it is. Good for experience.
Also being / having been in wars gives you perspective. You're less likely to whinge about losing everything, or being attacked once or twice. You've lost everything before! So why bother with a meager 100B naq someone stole.
Things like that.
Even more fun when you actually become an active warmonger, not taking stuff from nobody, slamming hard on everyone who touches your account, but NEVER whinging. Whinge, and you're my personal enemy. >_<

Yes. Everyone weaker than you is essentially your slave.
Do to them as pleases you.
Everyone else, brownnose them in hopes of finding.. well, not mercy, but something else. Anyway, look at their alliances etcetera, because they might just have protection from a higher power.
