Pergatory bug

The update says:
-The maximum size realm that can enter pergatory is 20% of the 'unit maximum' before the plague strikes)

On the training page it says:
-(note: if you total population size is greater than 248,767,123 disease will surely strike your lands. Above 186,575,342 and raiding is no longer possible. Above 124,383,562 and trading/buying units no longer possible. Pergatory is not accessible above 62,191,781)

OK, let's say the numbers haven't been corrected jet, so 20% of the limit would be 49,753,424 units... now let's try to get into perg with my 45mil army...

"You cannot enter Pergatory with more than 24,876,712 total units. The Nox have ensured that. Damn the Nox!"

24,8mil, which is the limit, is 10% of the max units (before pleague)

so something here is bugged

Occam's razor (and 5 naq) says the 24.8 mil. is right and the training page and game updates page need to be corrected
