Attack Mercs
For some reason, quiet unknown to me. I am unable to buy Attack Mercenaries. Every time I try to buy them it says I do not have enough resources to pay even though I have a few bill out. Is there anyway to fix this?

Or at least to look around for several similar threads in this forum?
ADDITIONALLY - each Merc (attack or defence) is paired with a 'super soldier' (attack or defence). This means that you can only have as many attack/def Mercs as you have supers of that type. (plus 10% for each merc level)
BEYOND THIS, NOT ONLY CAN YOU NOT GET MORE, BUT THEY WILL RUN AWAY IF GIVEN THE CHANCE!!! ABOUT 10% OF THE 'OVERLIMIT' WILL DISAPPEAR PER TURN.
