Before I raised my planet's UP it was 269,659
After I raised my planet's UP 2k it was 269,659
Is this a bug or what?
EDIT: I didnt raise the planets up over the 50% mark of my raw either..

I have 5 officers all set to 30%...
Before I raised my planet's UP it was 269,659
After I raised my planet's UP 2k it was 269,659
