ok so this has happened multiple times, and it mostly happens in the announcements section for me

but either the forum will be locked, yet many people (non mods) are still carrying on coversations in there

sometiems, like tonight, i was able to post in the thread, and when i go to reply to sum1 else later on, i am suddenly locked out... even though everybody else is still discussing the topic just like normal.....

is this a bug or does somebody with powers just not like me?

also happened in the race mod nominations, and a few other regular threads, cant remember which though

dont try to access the global announcements from the announcements section... that section is locked... only mods can post in that section... (global mods, admins, general mods)

ummm yea i reealized how that would sound after i posted it... thats not what i mean though.... for example... the 'anus siggies' announcement.. you'll see a post of mine there... it was locked for me after the next post, but there are still a few more after that

Accessing the announcement through "View your posts" or "View new posts" will result in opening the locked version of the topic.
Just go to "General", access the topic, and you'll see you can post.

After posting in the thread, it also defaults to "Announcements", wherein the thread is locked.
