Re: Power Modifiers
Its based on rank, if you are higher rank and your strike someone lower you get a reduction. If you strike someone of higher rank then you, then you get a bonus.

Re: Power Modifiers
dunno, but you can drop and jump in rank at any moment before a turn change by untraining planets or selling weapons

Re: Power Modifiers
well err its a bit more complicated than that. The primary thing used for this is strike vs defense RANK, which is why its soo easy to abuse and get 30% bonus to all attacks. If for some reason you dont use that then its like 90% strike vs defense rank and 10% your rank vs their rank.

covert is still the stat that allows you to see their realm size and dmu right?
how much more covert do you have to have in oder to see somebody? because there are not very many with a higher covert than me, but there are tons of people i cant see in the cosmos page

Has been asked like hundreds of times.
I think you need 5 times their covert to see their DMU, 10 times to see their army size, and 15 times to see their planitary development.
Something like that anyway.

Re: Power Modifiers
Someone correct me if im wrong, but to answer your second question, as far as I know your influence power increase with your charisma rating and the number of planets you have

I thought it was completely based on "size"?

Lore, Influence isn't based completely on size. Although there is an influence bug going around. Sometimes it will simply display the # of planets you have x 100 or something.
Influence formula is:
well **Filtered** it appears I lost it, but it definitely involves Charisma. Not just planets.
