navigation panel updated EVERY TIME

I have no idea why. but ever since the last few weeks ive had that message when i try to do a stat action and it takes me back to the command page.

Gonna sound silly, but have you cleaned out your caches and browse history etc?

Also the front page points out that Firefox is better than IE if you are not already using it.
