OK i dont know how but my Cosmic Expansion Rate is lower every day i was at 40mill now it is 36mill .... i upgraded it to 36,7 last night today it is 36mill again ... ???

anyone knows whats going on ??

LOL last week I was pretty sure mine was at 32m, but it was at 29m so I thought I must have imagined it, then yesterday I see mine is now at 27m.

I realised I was over 2b planets, and if you go to the bit where you increase the Planet UP (or whatever) you will see that it tells you what is happening. Mine is down to 85% efficiency and it decreases every turn!

As far as I am aware it is not a bug.

Mine says:
Note: When your total realm size exceeds 2 billion planets, your rate of growth slows...
You are currently growing at 84.82 percent of full capacity...This affects just new planet finds, not current planets.

The only way to get it back up is to increase it with DMU or LF Cache, however it will still continue to drop.

I guess so yeah.
I'm also wondering whether the % stops when it gets to 50% maybe of if it just keeps dropping?
I mean mine has dropped 16% so far, that's quite a bit.

it drops more and more, as you are over 2bil planets. If you lose planets it goes back up again, so if you get let's say massed and you are back under 2bil planets your CER goes to normal Yep it's a **Filtered** to grow over 2bil

It just keeps going down if the dev server is anything to go buy. I know while I was playing it, it was down to about 6% total growth

But if you don't increase it you'll hit that 1% a whole lot quicker That and if you get massed it's fun to see your CER skyrocket.

Damnnn ... this cant be so if i dont play like 10days my UP will be 0 lool it dropped for 300k in 5hours damnn ....

and yeah i am ower 2bill planets ... so if i want to grow i must work only on UP lool couse if i wont my up will go down down .... ??

Not really, its a progressive cap, think it was designed to slow the growth of the super accounts while allowing the small fry to catch up.

That's exactly what it's for, however it doesn't work... cuz everyone's still in the same boat. Eventually everyone will be stuck at somewhere around 9bil planets, the only difference is... those who got up there first will have MUCH higher levels, because the bonus from levels is exponential, as well as the cost of levels.

So, it really doesn't solve anything, just kinda evens out the planets.
