Ascended acount...can i have it back?

I have posted something similar, and even emailed within the forums, but i thought exposure would be the best. I ascened, 2nd time. However the first time i was stupid and deleted my ascended acount. Which made me a Diamon. I then changed race to asgard to earn GNR and ascended for my second time. I thought that i would get my ascended acount back/ or a new one. However that was not the case. I would really like to play on the ascended server. I was hopeing that you reset or open my old account and let me have my Ascention points from this last ascention only. I hope i get a reply
