Help..don't have ascended account

I were LG+1 daimon for ages already. Yesterday i reascended. But for some reason i do not have ascended account yet. I tried that "forgot log in" part. System sent me codes but still it says tht account doesnt exist. Also my friends in ascended server cant find me. Shortly, I am LG+2 without ascended account!! Any advice/help?

OK there is some strange things going on. First off there is no such thing as a LG+1 "Daimon". A Daimon is no longer ascended. From a Diamon you have to revert to a base race and then ascend from there. You will be starting all over as a Prior or a Prophet or whatever. Your ascended login info should be the same as your main log in info.

Anyway you need to contact Admin to get this resolved as no one here can help you.

I believe he is saying he was living god+1 when he turned into a daimon. Now he reascended and he is still living god, so probably living god+2.

Happened to me, u just gotta talk to the admins they will reset ur account info on ascended and email u ur stuff, just make sure to email the admins using ur current email on ur MAIN account.

hmm how did you ascend in the first place? you should of have to have changed to a basic race...making u lose your LG daimon status before ascending.

Going by what Munchy and James said, there seems to be a glitch in the system that takes them back to their previous status, or in this case took him back to LG+1. Will be an admin issue as James said.
