Can you trust a promise from the Omegan Empire?

It's a simple question and a valid one.

My reasons are as follows, To and CoTO had an agreement with OE after our last 4 month war that until a specific date there woud be no massings, or planet stealings.

I have the attack logs and time+date stamps showing this being broken.

1 Planet being massed, and players being assasinated in asscension (same as massing only a BS politician would say otherwise)

Farming players continuously over the period of a day......same as mini massing a player only realy slower......

Threatening to mass players for hitting back for naq.

I"m expecting OE members to vote that they are the most thrust worthy in the game so you can remove 200 + potential positive votes from this pole, this is for poll persons outside the OE group

I agree john. The agreements were broken many times, and few private answeres were more than interesting: "i broke nothing" and similar funny answers, when ppl massed us on ascended.

one alpha member was kicked for massing TO member, i hope he will stay where he is now.

another few are welcome to repay all what was done.

Never hit TO/CoTO and never been hit by them, so I can't really comment beyond the fact that a promise broken by some doesn't mean others don't abide by it. On the flipside the reverse can be claimed, a promise made by others doesn't mean a promise made by all.

At the same time, I think that if someone did break the NAP, they should have been reprimanded at the very least by the higher ups, and reperations made.

But once again, I've no real idea of the situation, so call my opinion worthless

I don't think there was ever a NAP or no massing agreement that was never broken in the history of this game. Why? Because misunderstandings happen.

Now instead of posting anti Omega propaganda on the main forums trying to get the community on your side, you could have just sorted this out with the Omegan Empire High Council. So much for the losing respect part.

Besides I believe OE members were assassinated by TO / CoTO members as well.

You have got your full NAP now and you know where to find the Omegan Empire High Council in case of any NAP violations.

Classic trappings of an agreement that is anythig short of a full NAP. Interpretations varie, people forget the "farming policies", intentionally push the line as far as it will go etc. etc.


Personally speeking, the TLE - OE nap has been upheld well, few incidents, and when they (inevitably) happen they tend to get sorted out fast.

I expect the same thing whith the newely agreed TJP - FUALL nap.

Besides there is trust and there is "trust" heh. I`d trust them with a nap since we all know what happens "if".... but I wouldn`t trust anyone (including OE) with an icepick and the turning of my back...

lets get a cuople things straight here, the OE has a strickt farming polecy and it was not clear in our naplist that there would not be any massings for 60days

but as a couple of TO and CoTo members can confirm delta has kept this agreement cuz they were not massed after being in the delta logs unlike some TA members can testify that they wern't

it's all a mather about:
-do you atack a hothead/not informed player or not ?
-does a hothead/non informed player see the atack logs and decides to do anything about it ?


and this thread is full of hypocrity, i remember TO/CoTo farming OSL members during nap and even massing them.

both sides make mistakes, but at least we don't go resorting to making threads like these that serve no actual purpous but as slander towards the omega empire.

ACCEPT yesterday on acsension were a guy was farming me without tag whatever. I gave him a visit and found out he was Demonfox from Pi allaince lmao !

I can trust them to keep their word for as long as it is convenient and beneficial for them and I expect that they think the same of us. How much of it is true is up for debate on either side.

As for Anti-Omegan properganda, considering the latest outbursts of threads and the intentions behind them, I would sit back and think about crying foul before you do.

I myself am not the biggest fan of the OE. But i must say when there is a nap and they or we accidently broke it there was no problem contacting a councelor of OE and sort out the issue with words.

The agreement was that (a) from the 1st of may there would be no massings or planet stealing by OE members and vice versa and (b)up until the 1st there would be no attacks from either alliance on each other.

(B) was extended until the 7th of may while OE considered it's members positions on a full NAP

After (and before) this date Members of my alliance were attacked (some still aren't repaid) so after the 7th my alliance members began recovering their resources from OE by hitting back for resources lost (only a total tool would sit on their ass and say with a smile "Farm ME")
