if they choose to have all stats bumped up why not let them...

I tend to keep my rank as low as possible just so snipers hopefully cant get the full 130% strike bonus.

smart snipers are holding at rank 2k. so they get 130% rank mod without untraining/selling weapons.

Chris M has always had a high influence. He was one rank below me before the system was changed.

any noob or grudge holding idiot can basically train everything into assasins and destroy the best of accounts

Gee that's what I have been saying for over a year now. Ascended is crap; Jason has no idea what he is doing; he lacks the brains or the balls to do what is necessary to fix the game and that is to do a total reset of both servers and then to eliminate miners and planets from main and to only allow one ascension every six months minimum. You can go longer between ascensions but you can't go shorter. This will force people to either ascend smartly or not at all. It won't be a competition to get to 30% stats right away as it was last time, which is why we have the situation we have now. All the have nots in ascension complained (read: quick ascenders who never played ascension) and Jason kowtowed to them and made ascension a joke. And now both servers are jokes because of it.

I really wonder how you are able to live RL, it seems if a minor change happens in your secure environment you just give up.....Admin made some changes for the good and people who adapted to it still have great accounts....
There are still alot of income based accounts wich have np to keep up with some of the best snipers around....

I wonder if your boss gives you a new desk ......i think you would stop working and go home float away in self pity....

it's really not that hard to get in the top 10..

I massed someone that was ranked 10 a little while back. In that particular case they were nowhere close to top 30 in influence. I could give some players an "education" as it were on the perils of high rank. Might be entertaining.

Normally id see what your trying to say, but come on a reset on both servers its just never going to happen, and if it does well congrats you will be the most powerful again, because you will be the only 1 playing full stop,

Ascended is screwed, its beyond fixing, snipers own supreme on there, and until the whole vac on ascended = vac on main, and vice versa is introduced some of them will continue to own....

As far as a reset goes, it will just sink the final nail into the coffin, if you are so pissed at it, why haven't you quit already.....

resting servers = bad move
fixing ascended its possible to change the server to make it better, it would take alot of work. But assassins are way over powered IMO. There is alot wrong with the ascended and very much to many opinions on how to fix it.

Let's see now. Some people who've been playing for 3 years in main are losing interest in the game. It's been three years after all. Some of them have actually quit playing.

All of the fixes to both main and ascended are common sense fixes. Not that hard. Now there are a few really tough issues that need to be adressed, but just fixing the no brainers would go a long way to restoring some intrest in the game.
