1vs1 wars

This was just a rough draft I came up with in 10mins
Much like the alliance war suggested. I think players should be able to declare a 1vs1 war with someone.
I would like some suggestions to how this would be worked out who would win.
I was personally thinking.
-If you enter a 1vs1 war you can't ppt unless you decide to quit the 1vs1 war.
-No nox
-War lasts until someone clicks the button of surrendering
-If you go into preg you automatically lose
I thinking the person who declares the 1vs1 sets the terms of surrender, then the other person can accept or reject.
Please post other suggestions in here.

I think the player fleeing to pergatory should automatically lose the war, but I think there should be such a thing as pergatory war, and going to main realm means the same effect..

need to build at least 5 times both players average UP/income worth of resources into defence within 12hrs of the war starting and within 12hrs of it being destroyed. If you can't destroy the enemies def within 12hrs of it being build then you lose and lose every unit you currently have in attack and defence. Can only have a personal war every 2 weeks.

Sadly you will still have the problem where some people are just all mouth and will have nothing to destroy, and will just sit there forever hitting away at you and stopping you from playing the game the way you want, a little like the whole sniper problem.

Wat about this...if you don't build a certain amount of def/covert etc, you lose...

yeh i'd say any realm-changing will be surrendering.
also i think ppl under 20M army size should always play 1on1 in purg. (no traiding, no help, not too many turns (->skill), now that's a 1on1)
i would even go as far as no trading allowed (but i suppose ppl can't do jack without their unlimited turn acquiring

well would that include planets/officers (this would change if planets/officers were also targeted)
also do you mean the average UP/income would be calculated on both players (what i mean is, if i had 20K UP/1B income and my adversary 100K UP/10B income, would i have to build defense worth 5x (60K UP/5B income)?
because that would set the bigger player (who's already got an advantage) even at a higher plane
