ids
i feel like a noob for not knowing but with ids. i know where to find them but when i try to plug them in i get an error page. why is this?

If you mean changing it in the address bar, it doesn't work in SGW. You must go to the battlefield and write it in the 'To User ID:' search box on bottom of the page. Hope this helps.
