in the mercinary market it says:
ADDITIONALLY - each Merc (attack or defence) is paired with a 'super soldier' (attack or defence). This means that you can only have as many attack/def Mercs as you have supers of that type. (plus 10% for each merc level)
what does that mean?

well,say you have 100 defensive super soilders you can only have 100 defensive mercs,then for every merc lvl,you get an extra 10% of the amount of your supersoilders,so then after 1 level,if you have 100 supersoilders you can have 110 mercs! i hope that makes sense!
