Re: Stargate: The Continuum

It was not really officially released.
That was a ripoff, mister smartpants. You weren't supposed to go public with it..
It's not "released" until July 29th.

Re: Stargate: The Continuum

I liked it much.
System Lords being cowards, Apophis being only one who stands against Baal. Vala being a prick. Carter looking good. And the massive fleet around the Earth.
Only part I didn't like in it was that it was Tokra killing Baal at the end, would have prefered to see free jaffas or why not SG1 doing it...why? I don't like the tokra!
Sorry

Use of the Spoiler box, maybe?? You're spoiling the story for people who haven't seen it yet.

Star Wars did the same thing. Can anybody say Blue Harvest?

Re: Stargate: Continuum

*enters room drugged up on recently watching continuum...*

Well...I was dissapointed. WHY..WHY did they kill Oneil in the first few scenes....how annoying....considering his relationship with Baal, he should have been the one to kill him in the end, not Mitchell.

furthermore....well..they sorta could have done more with it...I dunno...its very controversial..I liked it...as an episode..but add to it then that it is SG-1's swan song....it becomes a crime against a wonderful franchise. A wasted, wasted opportunity. :smt011

Re: Stargate: Continuum

I'm an avid fan of some sci-fi movies. Stargate sg1 is on of them. I have to say that continuum was very disappointing. I don't know which one is worse, contiuum or episode 20 season 10. These guys are really bad at endings. Maybe they shouldn't end hmm?

Re: Stargate: Continuum

i bought the dvd 2 days ago and within 3 hrs i saw the movie, i liked it ven if some scenes missed some action. i loved seeing the gouauld attack on earth, its was a rare sight :-D. though the real baal was killed rather quickly :(. i just might watch it again to catch things i missed in the 1st viewing. that jet ride must have been horrible, 2 days without landing and no nearby bathrooms .
