how can it be?

how can it be?

I have 133 M miners and I have a commander. And I get only 10.5 B/turn. I have no officers right now. Until Friday I got almost 14 B. What could have happened?

sorry guys, it seems the server works slower than I thought. everyhting is all-right. It does not make the changes instantly.
