Ok so while tidying up in the loft we came across some binocs in a nice brown leather case.
Took em out and they are labelled as Carl Zeiss Jena Dekarem 10x50
Under the 10x50 marking is a circle with a 1 cutting through the top line and a tilde (~) under the circle.
Can anyone help identify this 'extra' marking??
EDIT: OK got a pic with the webcam on my EEEPC so its not great but you can see the marking.
