Wifes broker expired early and droped naq inot open

MY wife lost 3,233,489,723,475 Naquadah last night when her broker expired while we were in bed sleeping ,

They broker had to expire early and instead of going into her half empty bank like it used to it went directly out in the open.

Is there anything that can be done about this , she has worked hard saving this naq for her next ascension. Her game name and id is

i just got my wife the email adress and she is doing it now, thanks though man , this has her real depressed about it she worked hard to get that naq up , dont seem like much to some but that was alot to her

Mate, First off we are "Forum Admins" The person you need is a "Game Admin". The game admin rarely comes here and its even more rare that he would post. You best bet is to contact him directly, or to catch him at the player meet on IRC. Hope you get it resolved.

I thought that expired brokers do go back into the open, i know if a broker is rejected you have 12 hours to reclaim it, and if a broker is accepted it goes into your vault if you have room, but as far as im aware its always been that if a broker expires it will return to the open.

Which is why i do my massive trades under the safety of PPT
