Complaint against Robe

Robe closed the thread about a vendetta I declared against her. The thread can be found here viewtopic.php?f=124&t=129337


her reasons for it were the following:


1) Because our 2 alliances are at war, the vendetta was not valid.

This is not true. The vendetta is between players and not alliances.
Just because our alliances are at war, does not mean I cannot have a personal war with her.
There are several threads in the Vendetta corner about vendettas between players whose alliances were warring at the time the vendettas were declared.
For example me vs Nimras
or Renegadze vs Deni.
Those threads were not locked but allowed to stay open. My thread was treated differently.


2) Both players were involved in the FUALL/TJP war, so it is a violation of the special rules put in place for threads regarding it.


The vendetta is NOT part of the FUALL/TJP war as explained above.
The only connection to the FUALL/TJP war is that Robe and me happen to be on different sides.
Thus the special rules do not apply my thread is not a discussion thread about the war.



Considering that my thread was locked while other similar threads were allowed to stay open until the conflicts were resolved and considering that the person who locked it is directly involved in the vendetta, leaves me to the only possible conclusion that Robe closed the thread because of personal bias.


I request that my thread is re-open and that the mods keep any discussion about the ongoing FUALL/TJP war out of it. I will appreciate if Robe does not mod threads that involve her as a player, as she has shown that she cannot separate her role as forum admin from her role as a player.

Bebita there is one problem with using our vendetta as a examble.

We aren't fighting in the serverwar you are but not me.

Therefore our topic does not fall under any of the serverwar rules which is what it was closed on.

Secondly the harsh rules where set in place after you startet the war with me as you startet it when i tried to bring the harsh rules there is now in but never accomblished before the admin team went in.

But for the other thread i do not know and will not comment on.

So Ombudsman you cant take the vendetta between me and Bebita with you as it can't fall in under this complaine and it was different in the way Bebita made it agasint Nimras the Global Modorator who is fired and not working anymore plus ME the ingame char because of other issues lol.

I think Bebita makes a very valid point, there is a long history of vendettas seperate from the war that they are in.


To use a good example General Chaos has one against me, and even if i'm allowed out of the server war he has
pledged to leave his alliance just to sit on me.


I believe that a mistake has been made, and it will be brought to the proper authority. This topic will remain locked
until such time as I have a response...

This is to prevent needless debate, and me and nimras have a habit of getting into.

This was a difficult case, as precedent favored both sides.

This very fact, necessitated the locking of the thread until a decision could be made.


Therefore, the ruling is as follows.

The thread shall be unlocked, however. Any post or mention of the server war, will result in a warning as per
the rules of posting outside the war threads. Since this is being clarified now, I do not expect to see many complaints if you are warned as such.
