Yes he could have traded accounts in those 14 days between those posts, but there's no evidence of this on forums, therefore this should be check out.

More suspicion point towards multi....

I took 600b naq from 68172.
68172 was online at the time because he messaged me asking to return the stuff.
Then 84043 (franzis) declares war on me.

i know that it is cheating, but if i had never been massed, i would have 160mil army now, i lost arround 45mil covert agents and masses of defenders and attackers and so i think it is fair that i take this chance to grow a bit faster, cause my losses are huge cause cowards like you and all from DDE are killing the weak!!
