How do i use th market

I'm new to the whole market thing, i go to that option and see a bunch of things, and i want to trade untrained units for att turns but dont know how

first make sure you have enough of one item to trade, then select the item you wich to trde for. then select how many multiples (which is how many times you want to do the trade) then confirm trade then do it! and you get stuff

And of course, before you can do any resource trading you first have to trade for SS...Just making sure you understand that...
After that It should simply be a matter of following Ra-Amon-Ka's excellent instructions.
